All of our cases are hand finished. Once you place your order we will start to assemble your case and dispatch your order with in 2 business days. UK mainland deliveries are on a next day service, other areas may take longer but we will notify you via email with tracking details when we dispatch your item.

Any custom made orders can take up to 2 weeks to process before being dispatched.

Yes, you have 14 days to inspect your item and and return the item to us.

*Buyer is responsible for the repackaging and returning costs. Any damage to the case in the return journey may result in a partial refund.  If there is any damage to your case upon arrival you must report it and provide evidence with in 24hours of receiving your item.
